Team Emma
Emma loves building towers higher than she is tall and asking “why?” about everything she sees. At Compass Early Learning Center, she lights up the Dolphin classroom with curiosity and laughter. At home, Emma lives with her mom and baby brother in a bustling household where every day is full of activity. With the support of Team Emma, she has everything she needs to explore, learn, and grow both at school abnd at home—colorful books, creative art supplies, and nutritious meals and groceries to fuel her big ideas. Every monthly gift helps Emma reach her next milestone and shows her she has a whole team cheering her on.

Oliver's Village
Oliver is a bright, inquisitive child who loves puzzles and building things with blocks. He is working with the speech therapy program to continue to develop his speech skills, which are delayed. He lives in a close-knit family that balances work and school carefully, often navigating tight schedules sharing one vehicle, but always making time for fun as a family. Oliver’s Village ensures he has consistent support at Compass ELC—safe spaces to play, hands-on learning, access to free onsite speech therapy, and healthy snacks to keep him energized. With a team of monthly donors, Oliver knows he has a community helping him thrive every day.

Lily's Pathfinders
Lily has a big imagination and a love of stories, often spinning her own adventures during reading time. She lives with her single parent, who juggles his own work and school and Lily's school drop-offs with care and determination. Lily’s Pathfinders provides the stability and resources she and her dad need to make sure their housing is stable, nutritious food is always available, and Lily has plenty of clothing & shoes to fit her growing body. Monthly gifts give Lily the tools to grow her confidence and skills while feeling supported by a caring team of donors.
