Your Path is a one-on-one economic mobility program for parents with children enrolled at Compass Early Learning Center. You'll work with a dedicated Family Resource Center team member using proven strategies to help you reach meaningful, achievable goals.

Your Path takes a whole-family approach — helping you create solutions that make life better for everyone in your household. You set the goals that matter most to you. Your coach helps turn them into real, lasting change.

In Your Path, you choose the goals that make the biggest difference for your life and your family. Here are the five areas your coach can help you work toward:

🏠 Family Stability
Making sure family needs are met and assuring stable housing. Some goals may include:
  • Creating a consistent daily routine
  • Improving communication and relationships within the family
  • Accessing community resources for childcare, transportation, or basic needs
  • Developing a family emergency plan
  • Building a support network of friends, relatives, or neighbors
  • Securing safe and stable housing
🩺 Health & Well-Being
Physical and emotional health with a focus on personal networks and community resources. Some goals may include:
  • Attending regular medical, dental, and mental health appointments
  • Maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet
  • Establishing consistent sleep routines for adults and children
  • Managing stress through mindfulness, counseling, or other coping strategies
  • Strengthening emotional well-being and resilience through family or community support
💰 Financial Management
Working toward financial security that covers basic needs and builds toward savings and debt payoff. Some goals may include:
  • Building an emergency fund to cover unexpected expenses
  • Making consistent monthly payments on all debts
  • Paying off high-interest debt first
  • Tracking spending to identify areas for saving
