Breaking the cycle of poverty — for this generation and the next.

We believe that when a child has a strong start and a caregiver has the tools to build economic security, whole families can change the trajectory of their lives.

Pathways provides affordable, high-quality early learning for children ages 1–5, paired with direct material support and individualized economic mobility services for their caregivers — including financial coaching, emergency savings, and pathways to increased earning potential.

A whole-family model built for real life.

We don't serve children and families separately. We work with them together — because lasting change happens when support is connected, consistent, and focused on the long term.

Early learning

Compass Early Learning Center offers nurturing, developmentally rich care for children from infancy through pre-K.

Material support

Our Family Resource Center provides food, hygiene items, and emergency assistance to help families meet basic needs.

Economic mobility

Through Your Path, families access financial coaching, matched savings, and tools to build long-term stability.

When Megan first came to Pathways, she was navigating one of the hardest chapters of her life — facing domestic violence, divorce, and the weight of raising her daughter alone. She visited the food pantry once, uncertain about the future.

She soon connected with the Your Path program and began meeting regularly with a mobility mentor. Over ten sessions, Megan built a budget, opened a savings account for her daughter, and took control of her small business finances for the first time.

"For the first time, I knew exactly where my money was going — and how to make it work for me."

Today, Megan's income is growing, her family's needs are met, and she is actively saving toward her lifelong goal of homeownership. Her story is a testament to what becomes possible when a family finds the right support at the right time.
